Recent Acquisitions
We have completed a series of successful deals over the last 5 years of varying sizes. Most recently in November 2011, we undertook our largest acquisitions to date, the courier operations of Lewis Day and Medical Services Limited. These allowed us to further expand our national network and increase our fleet coverage for both our local and national customers alike.
In 2011, we also completed a further three acquisitions of local courier companies in Swindon, Warrington and Brentwood and in 2010, we acquired again in the Swindon and Reading areas.
We are experienced and professional acquirers, able to offer a variety of exit options for potential vendors. The process that we work through with vendors is structured, clear and transparent, and we pride ourselves on developing a partnership approach which enables us to deliver maximum value for the businesses we acquire. Our team consists of experienced senior managers who understand the challenges vendors face when preparing to exit their business, and we aim to offer support through to completion and beyond.
