Courier Fleet

We look to attract and retain the highest quality, professional couriers. All our couriers are fully trained and uniformed, with ID badges, safety equipment and high visibility clothing.

We have a strict selection criteria for our couriers, including full employment history, and regular driving licence, insurance and vehicle checks, so you can be confident that your delivery is in safe hands.

On request, we can also train our fleet to specific customer requirements. For example, many of our fleet have been security trained to undertake international shipments.

All of our couriers are equipped with mobile data units (CityTrakkers). They receive their jobs electronically through the CityTrakker and then confirm acceptance of the job, the collection and the delivery of the packages.

All of the information is automatically uploaded onto CitySprint online for you to view the status of your deliveries. Recipients may sign the CityTrakker as a proof of delivery and these signatures may be viewed through our online system.
